During my birthday month, my email is inundated with coupons and offers for restaurants and more. I look forward all year long to my coupon from Fogo de Chao, which discounts a lunch or dinner visit by $25. Since lunch is “only” $33 vs $52 for dinner, today was the only Monday – Friday lunch opportunity I have to redeem it. Let the feasting begin!

We spent yesterday at the LA Posada Real and today we migrated to our final resort, the Hyatt Ziva. We’ve tried various alcoholic drinks, and today tried out the Hyatt fish tacos…
Yummy fish tacos, but not quite up to the standard of the Holiday Inn,which featured grilled onions and a Chipotle sauce that was more smokey. These were also good with the addition of cabbage, but we prefer the other ones.
Lisa and I both agree that the fish tacos at the Holiday Inn Resort are the best dish there. Lightly battered with Chipotle sauce and fresh guacamole, each had two servings during our stay.
